Wuxal K40 is a highly concentrated potassium foliar fertilizer suspension from Aglukon (Germany). It targets crops in the fruit-fill and tuber-bulking phase — where potassium demand outstrips what the root can supply — while delivering magnesium, sulphur and a full set of EDTA-chelated trace elements.
Guaranteed analysis
- Total Nitrogen (N): 3% (as nitrate)
- Potassium (K2O): 25.5% (water-soluble)
- Magnesium (MgO): 2% (water-soluble)
- Boron (B): 0.01%
- Copper (Cu): 0.004% (EDTA chelated)
- Iron (Fe): 0.04% (EDTA chelated)
- Manganese (Mn): 0.03% (EDTA chelated)
- Molybdenum (Mo): 0.001%
- Zinc (Zn): 0.004% (EDTA chelated)
Density ≈ 1.57 g/cm³ · pH ≈ 7 · Olive-green suspension concentrate.
Recommended use
- Potatoes, sugar beet, fruit and vegetables: 3–4 applications at 3–5 L/ha during bulking / fruit fill.
- Wine grapes: 2–3 L/ha (lower rate because of the potassium–calcium antagonism in grape).
- Knapsack rate: 20–30 ml per 20 L of clean water.
Why Wuxal K40
- K-led foliar feed — 25.5% K2O delivers potassium directly to the leaf when root uptake is limited (dry weather, cool soils, heavy fruit load).
- Improves fruit and tuber quality — supports sugar accumulation, skin firmness, and storage life.
- Fully chelated trace elements — Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn are EDTA-complexed for stability in hard water and high-pH spray solutions.
- Integrated wetter and water conditioner — sticks to the leaf, tolerates hard water, and mixes cleanly with most crop-protection products.
Application notes
- Spray in early morning or late evening. Avoid midday sun and temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C.
- On grapes, keep to the lower 2–3 L/ha rate to avoid K/Ca imbalance — pair with a calcium programme if calcium status is borderline.
- Agitate the can before measuring; use clean water and a calibrated sprayer.
