VELPAR® 75 DF is a non-selective, contact post-emergence herbicide for the control of broadleaf weeds and grasses in sugarcane fields
Active Ingredients:Hexazinone 75%
Benefits:
- Controls numerous weeds and brush with the active ingredient hexazinone
- Kills annual and perennial weeds, brush and grasses
- Water-dispersible granules for long-term, broad-spectrum control
- Excellent root and foliar uptake
- For use in residential, commercial and noncrop sites
Limitations:
- Do not use on light sand or waterlogged soils.
- Avoid drift to protect desirable plants and grass.
- Do not add a surfactant if you apply it over trees.
Dosage: 1.2kgs/ha in 240L of water or 100gms per 20 L knapsack sprayer.
Pre-harvest Interval (PHI): 60 days
Direction of use:
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift.
Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
