Tall Utah (often called Tall Utah 52-70) is a classic, vigorous heirloom celery variety.
- Plant Characteristics: Grows up to 75–76 cm (30 inches) tall with thick, dark green, stringless, and crisp stalks.
- Maturity: Takes roughly 70 to 125/120 days to mature as a cool-season crop.
- Traits: Good disease tolerance, slow to bolt (go to seed in warm weather), and holds its color and form well in the field.
