SYNISAL 250 SC is a systemic insecticide with stomach and contact action insect growth regulator for the control of Whiteflies in Roses.
Active ingredient:Buprofezin 25%
Mode of Action: Features contact and stomach activity. It disrupts cellular respiration and the production of ATP (the chemical energy of cells) inside the pest, leading to paralysis and death.
Advantages:
1. Selective Insect Growth Regulator. Targets immature stages of pests (like nymphs and larvae), especially whiteflies, scales, and planthoppers, without harming beneficial insects such as predators and parasitoids.
2. Resistance Management Tool. Belongs to IRAC Group 16, which makes it a useful rotation partner with other
insecticide groups to delay resistance development.
3. Long Residual Activity Provides extended control by affecting pests through contact and ingestion, with activity lasting for several days to weeks, depending on conditions.
4. Safe for Pollinators and Natural Enemies. Low toxicity to bees, ladybugs, spiders, and other beneficials, making it
ideal for IPM (Integrated Pest Management) programs.
APPLICATION RATE :
800mL/ha in spray volume of 1000L/ha of water (16ml/20L of water)
