Orsil Gold is a Organosilicone 100% (Polyalkyleneoxide modified heptamethyltrisiloxane 83% w/w + allyl and propenyl isomers of the polyalkyleneoxide 17% w/w)

Mode of Action: 

Organosilicone contained in ORSIL GOLD works through a number of mode of action; mainly through reduction of surface tension of spray solution, which results in spreading of spray droplets and by affecting the solubility abilities of fungicides, insecticides and even herbicides, hence better uptake of pesticide by the target crops or pest’s. 

Translaminar movement of pesticides / Fertilizer is also enhanced with spray being able to translocate to the underside of the leaf surfaces.

Advantages of Orsil Gold
1. The ideal tank-mix partner for pesticides, PGRs and nutrients. However a small Phyto test is always advisable.
2. Excellent spray coverage, adhesion and canopy penetration.
3. Reduces surface tension of spray solutions, thereby promoting a high level of spreading on difcult to wet plant foliage.
4. Alters solubility relationships to greatly increase and accelerate foliar absorption of pesticide through the plant cuticle.
5. Enhances rain fastness thus decreasing the rain-free period required after spray application.

400 - 600 lts of water is recommended per hectare. It is important to accurately weigh the required amount of product of each spray operation in order to ensure application of the correct dose.
