Levafas X-tra is a broad-spectrum oral drench medication containing levamisole hydrochloride and oxyclozanide, used to treat and control gastro-intestinal worms, lungworms, and adult liver flukes in cattle, sheep, and goats.
Active Ingredients:
Levamisole hydrochloride (7.5% w/v)
Oxyclozanide (15% w/v):
Target Species: Beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep and goats
Dosage:
The product should be administered as an oral drench. Dosing must be carried out accurately using a suitable gun system, at a rate of 7.5mg Levamisole hydrochloride and 15mg of Oxyclozanide/Kg body weight.
Dosage & Administration
- Method: Given by mouth (oral drench) using a proper dosing tool.
- Rate: “7.5mg Levamisole hydrochloride per kg body weight” and “15mg Oxyclozanide per kg body weight”, as outlined by Norbrook Laboratories.
