Levacide Poultry

Levacide Poultry is a broad-spectrum oral dewormer containing levamisole hydrochloride, used to treat roundworms and other nematode infections in domestic fowl.

Active ingredient: 75 mg of Levamisole Hydrochloride per 1 ml of solution (7.5% w/v).

Indications:

The product is a broad spectrum anthelmintic used in treatment of nematode infections in domestic fowl. Very active against mature and immature Ascaridia, Capillaria and Heterakis spp. and can be used against amidostrium (gizard worm) infection in geese and syngamus in turkeys .

Target Parasites:

• Chickens and Fowl: Highly active against mature and immature Ascaridia, Capillaria, and Heterakis species.
• Turkeys: Treats Syngamus (gapeworm) infections.
• Geese: Controls Amidostomum (gizzard worm) infections

Dosage and Administration:

• Mix 50 ml of Levacide per 20 liters of drinking water, providing 25 mg of levamisole hydrochloride per kg of body weight. 
• Remove all other water sources for 6 to 8 hours before offering the medicated water, ensuring the birds drink the entire solution.
