Flair 50 EC is a selective, liquid herbicide used mainly in rice fields. It stops grasses and broad-leaf weeds from growing before they sprout. Farmers apply it shortly after planting rice. It kills weeds without harming the rice crops.
Active Ingredients: Pretilachlor 50%
Mode of Action
inhibiting the biosynthesis of fatty acids in the target weeds. Specifically, it interferes with the Acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase) enzyme, which plays a crucial role in fatty acid synthesis.
Rate of Application: 1 L/Ha (100 mL/20L of water)
1.0 – 1.5lts
Time of Application: Apply within 2-5 days of transplanting
Target weeds: Grasses, some sedges and broadleaf weeds.

PRECAUTIONS:
1. Compatibility: Do not mix FLAIR 50 EC with ther chemicals /pesticides.
2. Though the product is Non – phototoxic to most crops and varieties when used at recommended rates, it is always advisable to do a small Phytotoxity trials before wide spread application.
3. Environment: Avoid spraying when bees are actively foraging. Do not contaminate water sources or ponds.
