Confirm 240 SC Is a broad –spectrum insecticide used for the control of caterpillars, Helicoverpa spp, Spodoptera spp, Tuta absoluta and codling moth in crops.
The "240 SC" means it contains 240 g/L of the active ingredient and is a Suspension Concentrate. This is a thick liquid that mixes easily with water.
Active ingredients: Methoxyfenozide 24%
Application rate: 0.5L/ha/1000L spray volume of water. 10ml/ 20L
Target Pests: Controls Helicoverpa (fruitworms), Spodoptera (armyworms), Tuta absoluta (leaf miners), and codling moths.
Mode of Action: It mimics a natural insect molting (shedding) hormone. It forces caterpillars to shed their skin too early. They stop eating and die from starvation.
