Clofestar 500 SC is a contact and residual acaricide, especially for the control of eggs and the young stages of Tetranychus and Panonychus mites. It is a powerful acaricide in suspension concentrate formulation containing clofentezine (tetrazine acaricide group) which is a specific acaricide with contact action, and long residual activity.
It inhibits embryonic development (mode of action). Uses control of eggs and young motile stages (but not adults) of Panonychus ulmi and Tetranychus spp. on roses. It does not affect predatory mites or beneficial insect species.
Contains: Clofentazine 500 g/l
Target: Spider mite (eggs & adult), Two-spotted spider mite, Red mite
Rate: 0.5-0.7 l/Ha
