Betagrow, 480 SL an excellent selective contact (foliar) herbicide, controls annual broadleaf weeds and yellow nutsedge in various crops by inhibiting photosynthesis via binding to a protein in photosystem II. It is absorbed through the plant’s green parts, necessitating thorough wetting of leaves and stems with the spray solution. Warm weather enhances its effectiveness.
