Zoro 18 EC is a highly effective, broad-spectrum miticide and insecticide used to control stubborn sucking pests like spider mites and leaf miners.
It works through contact and stomach action, penetrating leaf tissue to offer long-lasting control of both the upper and lower sides of leaves
Active ingredient :Abamectin (18g/L)
Guidelines:
- Rate of Use: Typically applied at 10ml per 20 liters of water (or roughly 0.5 liters per hectare).
- Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI): Allow 3 to 7 days between spraying and harvesting, depending on the specific crop.
- Safety: Zoro 18 EC is classified as a moderately hazardous (WHO Class II) chemical. Always wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and spraying
Benefits:
Translaminar Activity: The chemical moves rapidly into and between the leaf layers (translaminar movement), which protects both the upper and lower surfaces of the leaves even if you only sprayed the top.
Dual-Action Control: It works via both contact and stomach action, meaning it is quickly ingested by feeding pests or absorbed directly through their cuticles.
Crop Versatility: It is highly effective and safe for a wide range of plants, including citrus, potatoes, vegetables, and ornamentals.
Long-Lasting Protection: Delivers residual control for extended periods, reducing the need for constant re-spraying.
