MODE OF ACTION: It interferes with fungal life cycle, mainly during spore germination and tissue penetration. Shows gradual uptake into the leaves. OTHELLO 250WDG is systemic, being transported acropetally and translaminary within the leaves. Due to its particular ode of action OTHELLO 250WDG has to be applied preventively.
RATE: 0.5 Kg/Ha, 10g/20ltrs.
STAGE OF USE: Should be applied at flag leaf. In cereals, when applied as preventative treatment at the stem elongation stage or at first sign of disease, it gives 4-6 weeks protection against susceptible diseases persistence may be even longer when applied to the flag leaf or the ear.
