Pluto F1 is a vigorous, high-yielding hybrid butternut squash known for uniform, medium-sized fruit and a long bearing season.
Key Characteristics:
- Fruit Type: Cucurbita moschata type with a smooth, tan-colored rind at maturity.
- Fruit Size & Weight: Weighs between 1,000 g to 1,500 g (1–2 kg), shaped similarly to the Waltham variety.
- Internal Quality: Firm, deep orange flesh boasting an excellent flavor and high sugar content, alongside a long shelf life.
- Disease Resistance: Shows intermediate resistance to Powdery Mildew (Px).
