Carrots Nantes (Twiga)

Nantes carrots are a popular, high-quality French heirloom variety known for their sweet flavor, crisp texture, and nearly coreless, cylindrical shape. 

Growing 17–20 cm (6-8 inches) long with a bright orange color and rounded, blunt tips, they are ideal for eating fresh, juicing, or cooking. They thrive in loose soil, mature early (approx. 110 days), and are popular among gardeners.

Maturity: Early maturing, generally ready for harvest within 90–120 days (some varieties 75–90 days).

Yield Potential: High-yielding, capable of producing up to 17–20 tonnes per acre.

Appearance: Bright orange, straight, cylindrical roots with a small core and smooth skin.

Growing Conditions: Thrives in loose, well-prepared soils; performs well in high-altitude areas.
