A unique formulation of Piperazine Citrate used for the prevention and control of roundworm infestation in pigs, poultry, horses and calves.
Composition:
Each gram contains:
Piperazine Citrate equivalent to 0.35g of Piperazine.
Dosage and Administration:
Ascarex® is given as a 1-day’s treatment.
Poultry:
130-200mg/kg body weight. Dissolve 3g in 1 litre of drinking water per 40 birds.
Calves:
Ascarex® 200mg/kg body weight. Calves weighing 100 - 150 kg bwt, dissolve 60g in ½ litre of drinking water and give as a drench.
Note:
It is advisable to deworm regularly (at least every 3months).
In heavy infestations (as in pigs), deworm every month
Withdrawal Period:
Meat: 48 hours.
Eggs and milk: 48 hours.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a dry place below 25⁰C.
Protect from light.
Keep out of reach of children
Pigs: Ascarex® 200mg/kg body weight
Horses: Ascarex® 200mg kg body weight.
