Acramite 5EC is an Insecticide for the control of Persea mites on Avocado

Mode of action:
Mitochondrial electron transport inhibition (MET I) at the NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I) site.
Non-systemic acaricide active by both contact and ingestion. Quick knockdown activity against larvae, nymphs and adults. Also, some moulting inhibitory activity on nymphs.
The crops it is commonly used on include Avocado, apples, pears, citrus (oranges, lemons, etc.), grapes, peaches, tea, vegetables (like tomatoes and peppers), Roses and ornamentals.
Target pests:
Spider Mites, Leafhoppers, Aphids, Whiteflies and Psyllids
Advantages:
1. Highly effective against mites. Targets both mobile stages (larvae, nymphs, adults) of many mite species.
2. Fast knockdown. Works quickly by disrupting mite energy production.
3.Good residual activity. Provides extended protection on the crop surface.
4. Low application frequency. Because of its strong residual effect, it generally requires fewer sprays compared to
some older miticides.
